Rachel Zegler is set to lead the upcoming psychological thriller ‘NDA,’ which has landed U.S. distribution through Bleecker Street Films.

The film marks the feature directorial debut of Audrey Ellis Fox, whose screenplay earned a spot on the 2024 Black List. Penn Badgley and Amy Ryan will also star in the project, which is currently in production in New York.

‘NDA’ follows Dana, played by Zegler, as she endures an intense day of mediation after filing an office harassment claim. As a deadline closes in, she is forced to confront complicated questions around silence, truth, power and perception.

The film is produced by Jared Ian Goldman and Zola Elgart Glassman for Mighty Engine, Keith Calder and Jess Wu Calder for SNOOT, Caitlin Gold for Tanbark Pictures and Daniel Ginsberg for In The Cut Productions. Ellis Fox serves as executive producer alongside Bleecker Street’s Kent Sanderson, Tyler DiNapoli and Miranda King, as well as Christian Hall.

Zegler will next be seen in Lin-Manuel Miranda’s ‘Octet’ and the comedy-drama ‘She Gets It From Me’ alongside Marisa Tomei.
